Front Arena Lead Developer

Our client is a financial services specialist located in Zurich.

We are looking for a Senior Contractor/Consultant with strong exposure to the banking and/or financial services industry having worked in a similar role. Ideally, the candidate should hold a Front Arena AED Base Developer Certification.

Tasks

* Implement requirements for structured products trading & sales on the Front Arena trading platform

* Daily duties include development work, solution design, problem solving/issue investigation and effort estimation

* Analyse trade flow, risk, pnl, static data, FO / MO functions, services and workflow within Front Arena

Requirements

* Previous long term experience in a similar role within banking & financial services

* Excellent skills in ADFL, AEL, ACM, Python, Front Arena 2014.2 or higher

* Several years of experience in equity derivatives and structures products

* Experience with MarkitWire interface

* Front Arena AEF Base Developer certification is a strong asset

* Good communication skills and experience in dynamic environments

* Fluent in English (written & spoken)

This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm, working within an exciting and fast-paced environment.

The assignment duration is planned for 1 year (extension likely).
