Web Developer - Ruby on Rails

£35,000-55,000 + Benefits + Bonus

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Web Developer / Ruby on Rails Developer to join an established development team who believe in product innovation and utilising new technologies to benefit their product development.

The programming responsibility will focus on Front End Ruby on Rails; however experience with other languages will be beneficial and/or Full Stack development.

The development team is made up of mostly experienced Developers, so the preference I for candidate who can hit the ground running. However support can be provided for Junior-Mid-level candidates with 2yrs+ commercial Ruby/RoR development experience looking to take a step up and join a growing team where they can progress.

Key experience required;

* Commercial development with Ruby on Rails, 2years+ is essential

* Excellent communicator, happy liaising with all levels of the business

* An proactive attitude towards their work and desire to learn and improve

* Agile / SCRUM understanding

Desirable;

* Java programming an advantage

* JavaScript, Node.js or similar is an advantage
