Visual UI Designer - Munich

We're working with a fantastic client in Munich who are rapidly growing their UX team. They're on the lookout for Senior Level Visual UI Designers to be based in their Munich office on a full time basis. If you're a real Customer Experienced focussed Designer who always puts the User first, this is could be the perfect position for you.

Requirements

*Minimum of 5+ years working experience as a Graphic, Interaction or Visual Designer

*Proficient with design tools (e.g. AdobeCC, Sketch, etc.)

*General understanding of UX principles

*Ability to create designs quickly and switch between different projects in a fast paced environment

*Strong prototyping skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Self motivated and able to work independently

*Fluency in English

Desirable

*Fluency in German

*Experience in Agile software practices

*Degree in Visual/UI/Interaction design or equivalent experience

*Comfortable establishing process and building a team in a sometimes ambiguous start-up environment

*Ability to manage your work alongside multiple project timelines
