Senior Technical Support Engineer

£26,000 - £32,000 + Company Car + Training + Pension + Holiday

Are you an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer, who is ACSS credited?

Do you want to work for a well-established company which offers an autonomous and dynamic role?

The company have been established for 25 years within the Telecommunications industry, they are a leading supplier of advanced business communication solutions. They also work in partnership with leading telecommunications companies such as Avaya, LG, Gamma and BT.

In this role you will support the technical and sales teams, oversee client based projects and provide support throughout. You will also perform preventative maintenance & operational analysis ensuring good performance with client's contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, and have a continued interest to work within the telecommunications industry, with experience with Avaya IP Office, understanding and experience of VolP/LAN.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Engineer, to further develop within an autonomous and dynamic role for a well-established company.

The Role:

*Provide support to Technical and Sales teams

*Oversee client base projects

*Perform preventative maintenance

* Undertake Operational analysis of performance to meet clients requirements

The Person:

*Experience as Senior Technical Support Engineer

*ACSS Accredited

*Familiarity with Avaya IP Office

*Experience with project management, Installations, cabling & trouble shooting

*Experienced in IP technologies: - Routers and Data Switches

*UK Driving Licence
