£30,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Childcare Vouchers + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits
9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 4:30pm Friday
Do you have management experience within customer service, and looking for a new role within a successful company offering ongoing training and progression?
On offer is the fantastic opportunity to work for this industry-leader within the Automotive Manufacturing sector. In return they offer a competitive salary package, as well as the scope for progression further down the line.
Working autonomously, you will be the go-to person in the customer service and quality department, overseeing a team, of 5.
This position would suit somebody from a customer service or quality background with management experience, looking to develop their career within a well-respected company.
The Role:
-Direct the daily operations of the customer service, onsite and quality teams
-To assist and advise with technical matters which, may arise from the ISO and customer service systems
-Establish and maintain a close relationship with all business clients
The Candidate:
-Previous management experience within a customer service role
-Experience with quality systems
-Any experience within the automotive sector would be beneficial but is not essential
