Business Analyst - Process improvement / Business Change

We are currently looking for commercially minded Business Analyst with proven Process improvement and Business Change experience to join our innovative and quirky facilities client based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Our client is currently taking the utilities market by storm and rapidly expanding their reach and as such have a multitude new business, new channel, acquisition and operational process improvement projects both on-going and scheduled. Off the back of this they are looking to add to their Business Analyst function.

This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst to join an "Investor in people - Gold" company where you will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in an agile environment on a variety of interesting business critical projects utilizing your agile business analysis skills.

Skills required for the role of Business Analyst are:

* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on business change and / or process change projects.

* Experience working within a regulated industry (Utilities, banking, pharmaceutical, insurance ect)

* Process modelling, user stories, workshop and spec writing skills.

* Outstanding written and spoke English.
