IT Trainer
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Central London
£45,000 - £48,000 12 months FTC
9.30am - 5.30pm
My client based in Central London are currently looking for an IT Trainer to join the team alongside the current IT Trainer. You will be implementing and carrying out training to all employees to ensure a continuous standard of IT competency throughout the company.
This company is a multi-national legal firm placing great emphasis on their employees continued growth. Continued endeavours are made to make sure that all efforts by members of the company are recognised and there is also a company blog to allow employees of the company to share their experiences.
This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months and the idea behind the position is to allow all employees of the company to operate the software packages confidently by the end of 2017. You will be working alongside the current IT Trainer and reporting directly into the IT Training Manager.
Other details involved in the role include; designing learning courses, documentation to follow up training sessions and give feedback and recommendations to employees being trained.
The successful IT Trainer will be give training in multiple forms in order to cater for all levels of ability and learning styles, such as; giving workshops, carrying out classes and giving one-to-one sessions.
The role will involve carrying out training to all levels in the business, dealing with multiple software packages.
You will need:
-Experience delivering training to all seniority levels
-Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
-Expert knowledge of every 2010 Microsoft Office application
-In depth understanding of main legal business applications
-To have previously created online learning materials in a professional service environment
-Great communication skills in all formats - written, presenting and verbally
-To be able to use Adobe Captivate 9 rapid eLearning authoring
This role is a Fixed Term Contract with a 2 stage interview process. They are offering a salary of £45,000 - £48,000.
