Pre-Sales Engineer - IT Security Solutions

As part of their exciting journey, they are now looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be tasked with providing pre-sales advice and technical guidance to end-user customers. 

In this exciting role, you’ll act as the technical point of contact for pre-sales enquiries from customers based around the globe. You’ll strive to provide a first-class service to both new and existing customers.

You’ll assist Account Managers with bids and tenders by completing RFIs and RFPs, as well as introducing new products and services.

Additionally, you’ll keep abreast of new security technologies and introduce these to customers where appropriate. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- At least four years’ pre-sales or professional services experience gained within the IT security industry 

- Solution sales experience 

- Experience and knowledge of McAfee Endpoint Security

- Previous experience of sandboxing, advanced persistent threats and SaaS applications

- Security knowledge regarding firewalls, IPS, web and email gateways

Proactive and self-motivated, as a Pre-Sales Engineer, you must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical subjects to a non-technical audience.
