We are seeking a highly organised full-time Systems Support Officer.
The position is based in the Systems & Business IT Team within the West Midlands Pension Fund.
The position includes responsibility for:-
Assisting the Systems Analysts in the administration, maintenance and development of ICT systems within the West Midlands Pension Fund.
Processing and suggesting improvements/developments to the weekly performance reports based on advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse/interpret stored data fields.
Assisting the Systems Analysts in creating and processing report facilities for the Fund via knowledge of Oracle SQL, by providing report analysis based on working knowledge of relevant IT systems.
Liaise with Wolverhampton City Council’s ICTS service area to log and report ICT issues and co-ordinate the resolution of end user problems.
Assist the Systems Analyst in the annual contributions posting process and the running of bulk data processes.
To assist the Systems Analyst in the testing of UPM system software releases
