Introduction
Our Buying Administration Department is now looking for a proactive, adaptable and highly organised analyst to join their fast paced Reporting team. Responsible for the production of day to day reports for viewing sales performance, you will also assist with researching for projects that affect the whole business and developing tools and procedures to improve the overall performance of the Buying department.
If you are a highly motivated individual, eager to provide ongoing support to a team responsible for a range of vital department processes, this is an ideal role for you.
Your role
- Designing, updating and developing reports
- Collating and analysing sales trends
- Conducting research for company and product ranges
- Responsible for department process review and automisation
- Assisting the Buying department to ensure efficient work processes are maintained
- Preparing product range reviews
- Ad hoc tasks as they arise
Your profile
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular expertise in Excel
- Strong VBA skills with experience creating forms and automating tasks
- Confident with the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external partners and colleagues across all levels of the business
- Experience working to tight deadlines with the ability to accommodate last minute requests with ease and efficiency
- Experience working in a RAD driven environment is desirable, as is proven exposure to relational database creation
- German language skills would be advantageous

- £28,420 - £44,660 per annum (subject to experience)
- 10% London Weighting (non-contractual) for employees working within the M25
