Overall Job description
Proficient with relevant Network tools and systems, OSS, Citrix, Huawei, Nortel, Tellabs, OMS, Cramer, Operations Intelligence, Even Flow, Net viewer.
Fault analysis and remote diagnosis and confirmation. High priority trouble ticket fault management.
Support continuous improvement programs with direct relationship with IM/PQM teams and multi-customer NOC teams.
Review and monitor Ticket allocations through to resolution. This will include all P0s, P1s and P2s that are COOS related.
Support the C3 Manager in achieving C3 and FSO KPIs, SL 1 breach post analysis.
Provide an 'Operationally Excellent' service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Review all fault tickets at creation stage and ensure initial interrogation of technical information is correct to ensure accurate onward dispatch is managed within KPI timescales and quality metrics.
Provide technical support to team members regarding long term faults and provide assistance to any project related activities.
Provide support on a daily/weekly level on continuous improvement activities associated with fault ticket information with support from IM/PQM teams and multi-customer NOC.
Append all Tickets with concise, appropriate notes to help improve information regarding technical faults.
Experience
Experience of a fast moving dispatch department, ideally in a telecoms environment with demanding contract requirements.
Ability to decipher technical information on fault tickets.
Proven background in telecoms (5 Years Minimum)
Well organized and able to multi-task.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
Demonstrate understanding of 3PP partners and when external agencies should be engaged in order to deliver world class results.
Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety issues within a Field Operations environment.
Needs to be able to work well in a team environment.
Ability to share and exercise knowledge transfer
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of Vodafone Network tools and systems, OSS, Citrix, Huawei, Nortel, Tellabs, OMS, Cramer, Operations Intelligence, Even Flow, Net viewer.
Ability to interrogate and confirm Trouble Ticket information
2G/3G/4G integration experience
Antenna systems understanding (MHA/TMA, Feeder losses, RX levels, PRX Noise)
Good understanding of IP/IPNB/configuration.
Good working knowledge of Tellabs Transmission equipment.
Good working knowledge of Cramer and circuit planning tools.
Good working knowledge of OMS & Net viewer
Academic Background
Minimum 5 years Back Office RAN experience
Degree / HNC level qualification in telecommunications or relevant experience
Education to A level standards
Full UK Driving License
