Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. They love and expect great service from our leading brands. So, you’ll continually improve the customer experience by co-ordinating and overseeing projects that impact on our customer service processes, technology and data.

Taking on a high profile role with a global company, you’ll make a big impact on the success of such leading lifestyle brands as Lee, Wrangler, Eastpak, The North Face, Kipling, Vans, Timberland, Napapijri and 7 for All Mankind. Our products are for the confident, independent and free-thinking. And so is this unique opportunity.

Working with a variety of business and technology teams, you’ll identify requirements, help to define solutions and make sure projects are delivered on time and to budget. As Customer Service Project Co-ordinator, you’ll head up some projects, co-ordinate and report on others and take the lead with project governance, control and management. This wide-ranging challenge will involve standardising project templates, shaping reporting frameworks and advising on the best project management methodologies, approaches and standards. You’ll also proactively look at new ways to streamline both our project management and customer service processes.

To make a big impact, you must have:

- Good analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and exceed expectations

- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills

- A good understanding of every aspect of the project management lifecycle from principles and frameworks to acceptance processes and reporting standards

- Experience of partnering with managers, ideally gained as part of a global team

- An impressive project management track record, using Six Sigma, Lean or PMI to successfully deliver business systems and transformation projects

- The willingness to travel across Europe and work away from home for extended periods of time

- A real passion for process improvement, problem solving and providing the best in customer service.

As well as the opportunity to transform our customer service processes, we can offer you an attractive salary and a wide range of benefits including a pension scheme, private healthcare cover, 25 days’ holiday and 50% discount off all our brands.
