A Business Change Project Manager is required to manage a portfolio of business projects across a dynamic customer service organisation. Must have experience delivering business enabled change projects. Paying upto £75k depending on exp. Based in London.

Business Change Project Manager (non-IT) to deliver major projects across all business areas of a large-scale public service organisation. You'll work with senior leaders within the organisation to plan and execute fundamental business changes. By taking a hands-on, pragmatic approach you'll help define solutions, overcome the barriers to change and take others with you as you make it happen. Working in a team environment you will champion service excellence, working with and coaching other delivery areas including IT, HR and communications to improve project / change governance.

Note: this is not an IT Project Management position however the Business Change Project Manager will lead PMs to deliver the IT Workstreams. Suitable candidates will need to have strong previous experience managing business transformation projects.

Additional Skills / Experience required:

- You will have proven experience of managing multiple projects concurrently

- Experienced working with different project management methodologies to deliver business change - always with an eye on what will deliver the best outcome (Prince2 / PMI / APMP, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.)

- Experience achieving results by working with diverse project teams across multiple business areas

- Experienced handling ambiguity and competing priorities

- Ability to influence people at senior level, to promote and champion change

- You will have experience within large scale environments managing major organisational projects

- Background experience in customer experience / service delivery focused environments
