Are you an Electrician with 17th Edition from a Housing background looking for a contract role to start W/C 09/03/15 with a leading company that turnover in excess of £60million and employ over 2000 people throughout the UK.

My client provides neighborhood management services including housing management, mixed tenure management, soft and hard facilities management, 24/7 contact centre, street scene and public realm.

This role is working in the mixed tenure side of the business where my client has over 15 years' experience managing mixed tenure sites that incorporate both social and private housing as well as retail, commercial and other public realm features.

The areas of responsibility will be monthly checking emergency lights, weekly checks AOV's (automated opening ventilation) , weekly fire alarm checks, fire door inspections. Some work on xls workbooks and record keeping.

The Role:

*Electrician working throughout Private Housing, Social Housing, & Housing Association in Central London

*Carrying out electrical testing work, risk assessments & any other electrical duties

*Looking for a new role to start W/C 09/03/15

The Person:

*17th Edition

*Electrician with prior experience within the housing sector

*Looking for a long-term contract role
