A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen to join this Gloucestershire based organisation and be part of a very successful business, which holds a strong position in the market. They are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their team to help deliver their current pipeline of changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the financial services / insurance industry, however strong Business Analysts from other industries with formal approaches will be considered. You will wholly understand the needs of both the internal and external customer and have experience of setting up and delivering functional design documents based on requirements capture exercises.

The role is based at the busy Gloucestershire office which is easily commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Evesham, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon, Stroud, Cirencester, Hereford, Swindon, Oxford, Bristol and Bath.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + pension, 22 days holiday

Role: Business Systems Analyst

Working in partnership with the business, you will be required to:

·Analyse and capture requirements

·Work closely with stakeholders to assist in designing business solutions

·Work closely with the IT project team who create and deploy solutions

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

·Successfully working as part of a team

·Improvement of your own capability as well as your teams

·Strong communication skills

· A commercial approach, as well as demonstrating a thorough understanding of IT systems analysis
