A leading construction and property group with annual revenue of over £3billion has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work on a residential project in Uxbridge.

Our client has a strong order book this year across civil engineering, commercial, residential. Within this company there is strong potential for career development with an extremely successful organisation that offers a competitive rate for current market conditions not to mention the potential of ongoing contract duration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work alongside the Project manager to guarantee that all works are carried out to correct specification, quality is maintained, any substandard quality is rectified and project is delivered on time to the satisfaction of the project team.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Extensive experience within contractors running at least 2 major projects concurrently.

* Degree or an equivalent qualification in a construction subject.

* Excellent communication and relational skills.

* The ability to motivate others and drive a large scale project to delivery.

* Previous roles: Contracts Manager OR Project Manager
