Senior Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into product requirements, and breaking product requirements down into lower- level requirements. Leads requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside the team and provides guidance and support to other team members (including Development and Testing Teams). The Senior Technical Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into product requirements, and breaking product requirements down into lower- level requirements. You will lead requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside the team and provides guidance and support to other team members (including Development and Testing Teams).What you will be doing:

'€¢Working with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and help document business requirements.'€¢Translating business requirements into product requirements and breaking down product requirements into lower-level requirements.'€¢Taking a leading role in defining the requirements gathering and governance process.'€¢Working on large Salesforce implementations (both OOB and customised solutions) with multiple BAs.'€¢Investigating customer problems and opportunities using standard BA problem solving tools'€¢Facilitate defining a technical solution and documenting this in a functional design.'€¢Leading the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify areas lessons that can be learned to improve requirements analysis processes.

What we are looking for:

'€¢Must have e xtensive & wide-ranging job experience in business analysis as well as Lead Business Analyst.'€¢Must be skilled in converting business requirements to technical functional requirements, writing PBI's and working with Developers and Testers to assure that delivered software meets the business requirements.'€¢Must have experience in logical data modelling / creating entity relationship diagrams.'€¢Must have e xperience in user stories and detailed gherkin acceptance criteria.'€¢Must have e xperience of standard agreed business analysis methods, tools and techniques such as user stories, acceptance criteria, logical data models, state transition diagrams, activity flow diagrams, behaviour driven development.'€¢Develop business level requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.'€¢Must be eligible for SC clearance.
