Our client who is a life insurance business are working with Oliver James to recruit a Finance Controls Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.

The Finance Controls Specialist will lead on the identification , assessment and documentation of key risks and controls linked to financial reporting and Solvency II risks. As the Finance Controls Specialist you would be providing efficient solutions to promote control improvements and deficiencies , alongside this you would be supporting the finance team in maintaining documentation.

To be successful you will need:

* To be a qualified accountant.
* Be a pragmatic problem solver.
* Have strong financial reporting control experience already.
* It is desirable that the successful professional will have experience in practice previously.
