A very unique and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a successful multinational company based in Cambridge UK. Roles for this company do not come by very often and the desire to work for this organisation is high. 

The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will be joining a world class team contributing to the design, implementation and verification of complex Analog blocks and subsystems for audio based applications.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment;
  • Definition of the architecture and design of complex Analog blocks; ADC, DAC, amplifiers
  • Responsible for the delivery of fully verified blocks
  • Fully competent in Analog IC Design for complex sub-cells and small subsystems
  • Keep abreast of new developments
  • Provide technical expertise in the design of Analog sub-cells
The successful applicant will be industry degree qualified with established experience in Analog IC Design ideally with Low frequency and low power designs. Experience in ADCs/DACs and/or Power Management (PMIC), designing amplifiers and bandgap references is required. Experience in Analog IC Design and verification techniques is essential as well as strong Cadence and Mentor tools knowledge.

You will need the ability to coordinate with different groups and be able to define the requirements so excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
