SERVICE MANAGER - SC CLEARED

REQUIRED: SERVICE MANAGER - SC OR DV CLEARED

LOCATION: FT ONSITE IN EITHER LEICESTER OR HURSLEY

DURATION: 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

IR35 STATUS: INSIDE

ITIL Expert (V3) or ITIL Managing Professional (V4) Qualified Service Manager required.

* 5+ Years working within an IT Service Management environment

* Ability to analyse problems and issues and develop practical solutions

* Knowledge of SLAs/OLAs/Contracts and their relationships

* Track record of achieving performance & delivery targets

* Ability to develop solutions with focus on customer needs

* Working use of Microsoft Productivity Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

* Experience of managing complex stakeholder groups with differing requirements and

priorities

* Ability to deliver and continually improve high quality management information and

reports, including delivery to senior stakeholders

Desirable:

* Experience of working within Government, ideally with a background in the Public Sector

* Experience of Process definition, administration, measurement, management and

audit, namely on ISO9K, 20K & 27K

* Experience working within a matrix environment

* Experience of working with Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes
