Were looking for a confident, people centric individual to join an industry leading organisation as a Junior Business Analyst.

This company have been going through a significant period of growth due to continued success and are looking for someone to join their technology & change team.

Youll ideally either have:

* Some training, certifications, degree within a business field of study
* Or have worked in a customer centric or business facing role (Sales, marketing, analyst, customer service, call centre etc) looking for a career change!

Youll definitely need to have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be passionate and confident about engaging with people to solve business challenges!

* Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
* Document and track project deliverable and time-lines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Participate in planning and executing change management strategies.
* Support the implementation of new business processes and systems.
* Youll have an analytical & problem-solving mentality
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
