QHSE Coordinator £35,000 - £40,000 +Pension +33 Days Holiday + Benifits Commutable from Birmingham, Dudley, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Walsall An excellent role for a QHSE Executive from a manufacturing background to join an industry leading sheet metal and fabrication company based in Dudley. Do you have a background in QHSE? Do you have experience of implementing HSE in the workplace and safe working practices? Are you looking to join an expanding leading company based in Dudley? On offer is a HSE Coordinator role based with a fabrication company in Dudley. This company make products for some of the largest global an blue chip companies in the world and are due to continued growth are looking for a full time HSE Coordinator to join the team. You will work alongside HR and the management team to ensure that HSE plans are rolled out, coordinated, implemented and audited. You will work alongside the team to continue with the HSE roll out, 60% of the new platform has been completed, this role will head up and finish the task, where you will continue to develop HSE and move into a QHSE role in the near future. This role will suit a qualified QHSE looking to join an expanding company where you can continue to roll out an existing platform and develop yourself into a QHSE role where you will have further opportunities to develop as well as progress within the business. The Role:

• HSE Roll out, Safe Working Practices, Risk Assessments, Tool box talks
• HSE Auditing, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis
• Work alongside HR and management team to continue to drive safe working culture
• £35,000 - £40,000 +Overtime +Pension +33 Days Holiday

The Person:

• QHSE Background (HNC or above)
• Engineering, Manufacturing background
• Keen to work in a role where you can continue to develop, learn and technically progress with an expanding company.
