Analog ASIC Design opportunity in Graz! Visa can be provided to the successful candidates as well as relocation support. Job location is Graz/Austria.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Be responsible for specification definition, design and verification of analog and mixed signal circuits, in particular CMOS signal processing circuits (e.g.: amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, PLLs, voltage regulators, filters, ESD/EMC suppression etc.)
  • Document the work products according to established guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with concept engineering, test engineering and component verification
  • Conduct feasibility studies and innovation projects to support decisions for future solutions
  • Support and further develop design and verification methodology for optimal chip performance
  • Lab? and production test specification, execution of lab verification, failure analysis and debug on chip? and block?level
  • Support of production test implementation and ramp?up
  • Secure new intellectual property by filing patents
 Requirements
  • A University degree (Msc.) in Electrical Engineering plus 5+ years experience in CMOS analog design (dimensioning of transistors, matching calculations, noise calculations, circuit topologies)
  • Experience with designing with BCD processes and HV structures up to 70V
  • Experience in modelling of analog circuits (System Verilog, VHDL, System-C, Matlab- Simulink) as a plus
  • Expertise in EMC and ESD is a plus
  • Fluent English
