Senior RF IC Designer

RF CMOS IC Designer vacancy at a growing Semiconductor business in the wider Berlin area, flexible working after probation time! Visa will be provided if needed for the right candidate.

You will be develop RF IC's for radar applications including LNA, Mixer, VCO and need to have an industry degree 3+ years of experience in RFCMOS 40nm and smaller, ADS, Cadence and have worked on 20Ghz and higher frequencies.
