Our client is a leading global company in the development of ASIC chips for the residential communication/4G domain. The IC design group is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for the development and production of LTE chipsets. Responsibilities for the Senior IC Test Engineer:Develop the Production Test Plan for RF and BBIC chips.Lead Production Test Development for RF and digital ICs.Integrate Production test plan, software, and hardware into high volume manufacturing facility in the Far East.Conduct lab work to correlate production test and evaluation board’s performance.Evaluate system performance and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.Test and evaluate chips returned from customers, driving productivity improvements in yield and cost.Required Experience for the Senior IC Test Engineer:
5 to 10 years of experience in relevant IC Manufacturing Test development.Fluent English speaker.Experience in Production Tester HW and Software development (e.g., Teradyne UltraFlex, Verigy, LTX).Recent successful RF and digital factory introductions of complex RF transceivers and/or digital baseband chips.Statistical analysis capabilities and manipulation of STDF files.Knowledge of Design for Manufacture considerations on cutting-edge processes.Full appreciation of RF and baseband production test techniques.To apply for this Senior IC Test Engineer position or similar roles, contact Ammar Salih.
