Salary: £45,000.

Location & Hybrid: Crawley with the option for hybrid working.

Are you an Electronics Engineer or PCB Layout Engineer looking for a new technical challenge with a company that can offer progression?

If so, we’re working with an established business in Crawley who are currently looking for a PCB Layout Engineer to work in their design team where you’ll take ownership of all PCB layout-related tasks.

You’ll be joining an experienced team designing electronic power systems for a range of applications. As a PCB Layout Engineer, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks and be the subject matter expert enhancing the company’s design and production procedures.

About the role:

• Working closely with Electronics and Mechanical Engineers to design and review PCBs.
• Manage CAD systems, set up guidelines and conduct PCB layout guiding Electronics Engineers with best practise.
• Managing component libraries and drawing packs.

• Practical industry experience designing PCBs.
• Previous experience managing PCB component libraries.
• Knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) and design for test (DFT)

• Experience designing PCBs for harsh environments.
• Previous experience with power supplies or SMPS.
