An MLIR Compiler Lead is required for a growing start-up are committed to building the solutions that the AI revolution requires to continue scaling, attempting solutions that others are not trying to solve serious problems we actually face. Having recently appointed a VP of Software who comes with great pedigree within the Semiconductor world, the next step is to grow out the Software function starting with an MLIR Compiler Lead  to mould their team, whilst maintaining a strong element of hands-on technical leadership.

You will be responsible for the design, development and testing of their innovative AI acceleration hardware, whilst mentoring and assisting other engineers within the team.

What’s Required?

For this MLIR Compiler Lead role, we’re interested in people from a variety of backgrounds, but your experience may include some of the following:

• Extensive experience MLIR/LLVM Compiler Development
• Advanced C++ programming skills
• Understanding of AI Processors is preferred
• Familiarity of AI frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
