Infrastructure Engineer

Onsite Field Engineer - Milton Keynes - Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

Overview:

A leading UK MSP, who are also an award-winning Microsoft partner are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to work across a number of their key clients. 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Traveling to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely resolution to achieve top-rated client feedback.
• Maintaining and supporting a range of systems, including MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and mobile technologies such as Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively within a service delivery team
• Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality on-site support services.
• Proficiency in MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and mobile technologies including Apple, Android, and Windows Mobile.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

• £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary 
• £6,000 Car Allowance
