Senior Project Manager Epsom / WFH to £80kAre you a Senior Project Manager with Retail Banking experience?You could be progressing your career in a hands-on Senior Project Manager role at an Independent Building Society that specialise in savings and mortgages, in a friendly and supportive environment where you can operate with autonomy and enjoy flexible working.As a Senior Project Manager you will manage multiple, concurrent projects aiming to improve the reporting capabilities of the business, ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed quality standards on time and to budget.You'll collaborate across the business and with IT to run cross functional teams, managing resources, dependencies and reporting on milestones using both Waterfall methodologies.You will also handle the stakeholder reporting within your Value Stream and contribute to overall process improvement, delivery models and templates, working closely with the Programme Director to align reporting, project status and escalate issues and risks.Location & WFH:You'll have flexibility to work from home, meeting up with colleagues in the Epsom office 1-2 days a week; there's flexible start and finish times too.About you:You have experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing complex software or technology projects within a retail banking environmentYou're able to use a range of project management methodologies - Waterfall (Prince 2 / PMP)You have an excellent knowledge of governance and reporting, up to board levelYou have a good knowledge of data and regulatory reporting within a financial services environmentYou have advanced collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skillsSalary & Benefits:As a Senior Project Manager, you can expect to earn competitive package:Salary to £80kPension (up to 10% contribution)Private HealthcareLife AssuranceCompany bonusProfessional study supportApply now to find out more about this Senior Project Manager (Retail Banking) role.At Client Server we believe in a diverse workplace that allows people to play to their strengths and continually learn.
