C++ Developer / Engineer (Linux TCP/IP C++) Cambridge / WFH to £70k

You could be joining a market leading software house that's remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

As a C++ Developer you will join the team responsible for the responsible for creating the client desktop software that forms a key part of the core remote access technology. You'll have exposure across the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis through to design, development and testing with a focus on backend C++ services that require scalability, large amounts of data and must be security compliant. As a more senior member of the team you'll be working on the most challenging and cutting edge projects.

Location / WFH:

There's a friendly and supportive team environment, you'll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Cambridge office once a month.

About You:

• You have strong C++ development skills
• You have a good knowledge of Linux OS, ideally with cross platform experience (i.e. Linux and Windows)
• You have an understanding of networking technologies, protocols e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, multicast and security principles
• You're collaborative with clear, concise communication skills
• You have a relevant degree e.g. Computer Science
• It would be great to have some experience with Linux Kernel, Cryptography or Flutter mobile development, but you can upskill on the job
