Senior Project Manager (Mortgages and Loans) Epsom / WFH to £80k

Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience within a retail banking / mortgages environment?

You could be progressing your career in a hands-on Senior Project Manager role at an Independent Building Society that specialise in savings and mortgages, in a friendly and supportive environment where you can operate with autonomy and enjoy flexible working.

As a Senior Project Manager you will manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed quality standards on time and to budget. You'll collaborate across the business and with IT to run cross functional teams, managing resources, dependencies and reporting on milestones using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in a pragmatic way.

You will also handle the stakeholder reporting for two other Project Managers within your Value Stream and contribute to overall process improvement, delivery models and templates, working closely with the Programme Director to align reporting, project status and escalate issues and risks.

Location & WFH:

You'll have flexibility to work from home, meeting up with colleagues in the Epsom office 1-2 days a week; there's flexible start and finish times too.

About you:

• You have experience of managing complex software or technology projects within a savings & mortgages / retail banking / regulated environment
• You're able to use a range of project management methodologies - Waterfall (Prince 2 / PMP) and Agile
• You have experience of delivering projects related to online banking, upgrades, broker portals, mortgage optimisation, moving to MSP for core banking platform
• You have advanced collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills
• You're happy to mentor two other Project Managers
• You have client facing experience
