A global medical device company are looking for a R&D Scientist to join their Research and Development team on a contract basis. Your role will be supporting the planning and tracking of drug product stability studies, compiling and interpretating the collected analytical data. You will support the project team in problem solving issues for the development of a finished drug product. You will need good communication skills as you will be dealing with a number of external and internal lab teams to schedule and manage testing. You will also be managing sustainability and V&V for their combination devices.

Essential skills:

  • Understanding of stability and analytical methods, with testing
  • Understanding of drug product stability studies
  • Technical report writing experience

Desirable skills:

  • Project planning experience
  • Combination devices experience

The start date is for ASAP. The contract length is for 18 months. The role is based in Limerick and will require 1-3 days onsite per week, the rest of the time you can work remotely. The rate is EUR55 per hour, depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
