This Technical Support Engineer role offers a salary of up to €90,000 along with significant stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working in a Support/Technical Assistance Centre
- Proficiency in TCP/IP stack, QoS, L4-L7 proxy devices, HTTP, VoIP, and/or related applications such as WAN optimization devices, server load balancers, and caching devices
- Strong understanding of various network topologies and configurations
- Expertise in dynamic routing protocols including BGP & OSPF
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting customer environments, adept at collecting additional information to resolve network performance issues
