  • 7+ years of experience working in a Support/Technical Assistance Centre
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP stack, QoS, L4-L7 proxy devices, HTTP, VoIP, and/or related applications such as WAN optimization devices, server load balancers, and caching devices
  • Strong understanding of various network topologies and configurations
  • Expertise in dynamic routing protocols including BGP & OSPF
  • Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting customer environments, adept at collecting additional information to resolve network performance issues
