Key Account Manager - Automotive - EMEA

Key Account Manager required for a unique provider of turnkey services for complex IC designs. 

This role will focus on the automotive industry from concept architecture to system design, through to silicon supply.

You will be responsible for developing and managing customer engagements across EMEA, as well as building a strategic sales plan to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes. 

Suitable candidates will have proven experience within the semiconductor/electronics industry as well as being familiar with semiconductor technology for the automotive industry. 

My client has offices across the globe, with two offices in the South of the UK.  This is a hybrid role (3 days office/2 days home) and will offer an attractive salary, bonus, healthcare and pension.  Other benefits include flexible working and genuine opportunities to progress due to the companies aggressive growth plans.

Key Account Management Requirements:

  • Degree/masters or PhD within Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
  • Proven account management experience within the automotive industry
  • Extensive semiconductor and product development knowledge
  • ASIC/SoC/Digital experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable travelling across EMEA as and when required
