SALARY: £121,023- £142,380

LOCATION: Can be based in Manchester, Halifax, Bristol, Leeds or Edinburgh

HOURS: Full time

Architecture at Lloyds Banking Group is a thought leadership function, seeing opportunities to make a positive difference and influencing senior leaders (up to Exec level) and engineers to implement your strategies! We'd like you to do this by:Working with end-to-end agile platform teams to transform our bank's capabilities, balancing customer, business and technical outcomes. Leading the technical strategy for your area, driving through to implementation and idea adoption cultivating strong teams as you go. For example, how new data assets could enable new business opportunities, adoption of cloud capabilities and to maximise the benefits and flexibility of an API and data centric technology platform.As a senior member in the bank you'll be a role model for our values & cultural transformation as well as directly leading, mentoring & leading a team of other Architects.
