Job Title: Engineering Manager - Product Safety

What you'll be doing:

In this role you will have the opportunity to work across multiple exciting projects across our Submarine division Dreadnought and Astute. You will manage a team of up to 10 engineers with varying levels of experience ranging from Engineer to Principal level ensuring delivery of external and internal safety case reports for Control Damage Hazards.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Educated to a degree level in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in high hazard industries, such as Defence, Oil & Gas, Rail, etc
  • Safety case development/Engineering skills

Desirable:

  • Previous role in Engineering Management
  • Capability Management
  • Programme/Engineering Delivery
