Junior Mechanical Technician £23,000 to £30,000 + Specialised Training + Premium Uncapped Overtime + Local Patch + Healthcare

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for structured specialist training and development, within a Monday - Friday days based role where you can dramatically increase your earnings with uncapped premium overtime?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, well established company in a highly varied position where you will be working on a range of specialist equipment. The role is spilt between the working and serving on client's sites within a local patch.

This company is a specialist within their industry with over 12 years' experience and is growing rapidly as well as working with the some of the largest companies throughout the UK.

They will provide specialist training and the opportunity to develop a long term career with a company that are renowned for how they look after their staff and have an extremely low turnover of staff as well as premium uncapped overtime. In this role you will be required to maintain, repair and service a range of different equipment including Pumps, Motors, gearboxes, compressors and much more. This is based 50% in the workshop and 50% on local sites throughout Essex. The role is Monday to Friday days based with optional premium uncapped overtime on evenings and weekends.

This role would suit someone who is looking to work on pumps, motors, turbines, gears, or similar equipment looking for long term job security, plenty of premium uncapped overtime and specialist training.

The Role:

• Workshop / Service based (local patch)
• Repairing, Servicing and Maintaining a Range of Equipment
• Uncapped Premium Commission

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineer
• Full UK Driving License (Maximum 6 Points)
• Looking for further training
