Metal Shop Team Leader/Supervisor Exeter, Devon £28k-£30k + Training + Progression + Pension + Life Assurance 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday Are you a Production Supervisor with a background in sheet metal and fabrication? In this role you will be responsible for all areas of sheet metal fabrication shop, looking at production targets and allocating work within the department. The Role: *Responsible for all sheet metal and fabrication departments *Looking at KPI's *Working with Quality and design departments *All management activities The Person: *Management/Supervisory experience *Sheet Metal / Fabrication Environment *Ideally knowledge of Hydraulic presses, power and press brakes.
