Change Management Lead
Role Overview
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management Lead to drive and oversee a comprehensive change impact program across our organization. This role involves spearheading various programs crucial for organizational development and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance: Own the overall change process, methodology and supporting tools. Support deployment and localised change impact delivery.
- Program Oversight: Lead and coordinate multiple change initiatives and programs, overseeing their successful delivery, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive consensus on change initiatives.
- Change network: own and support delivery of change and communications activity through the establishment of a change network.
- Communication and Training: Support deployment of communication materials. Drive training initiatives and workshops to support effective change adoption and understanding across diverse teams and geographic locations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or obstacles to successful change implementation and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of change initiatives, continuously assessing effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.
- Change Culture Advocate: Foster a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement, serving as a champion for organizational evolution.
Location: Sunbury-On-Thames UK. 4 days in the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications such as Prosci, CMI, or similar in Change Management would be advantageous.
Key Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading large-scale change management programs within a global organization, overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
