Linux Support Engineer Cambridge / WFH to £55kAre you a Linux technologist with scripting and automation skills?You could be progressing your career within a highly successful and scaling SaaS tech company, whilst enjoying a range of perks and benefits.As a Linux Support Engineer you'll have a broad scope of responsibilities providing technical support for colleagues within Engineering and Machine Learning Research.You'll seek to automate wherever possible using scripting and tools such as Terraform, build infrastructure for internal research activities, provision IT equipment and provide support for internal users' IT issues.There's a range of technology within the stack, you'll be supported to pick things up on the job in a collaborative team environment.Location / WFH:You'll join the team in Cambridge on a fulltime basis Monday to Friday, close to the station, parking available.About you:You have a strong knowledge of Linux and can script with one of the following: Python, bash, PowerShell, Perl, PHPYou have an understanding of Automation and IaC tools such as Terraform, Puppet, ChefYou have an appreciation of security e.g. ISO27001You have strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsYou're collaborative with great communication skillsWhat's in it for you: Competitive salary - to £55kPrivate Health CareLife AssuranceUpto 6% employer pension contribution25 days holiday Apply now to find out more about this Linux Support Engineer (Automation IaC) opportunity.
