We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated carers/support workers to provide personalized care and support services to our clients. Carers/support workers will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living due to age, illness, or disability. The ideal candidates will possess empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing dignified care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Administer medications and provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up clients living space
Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and mental well-being
Monitor and report changes in clients condition or behavior to appropriate parties
Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations made
Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support

Requirements:
Prior experience in caregiving or support work preferred but not required
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from client locations
Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to undergo background checks and any required training or certifications
