Domestic Plumbing / Heating Engineer (4 Day Week) £42,000 - £46,000 + Unlimited Optional Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + 4 Day Working Week + No Call Outs + Full Technical Training + Clear Scope Of Progression Field Based Role - Commutable From Reading, Oxford, Swindon Or Surrounding Areas Are you someone with plumbing or heating Engineering experience, that also holds a G3 Unvented qualification or similar, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role, where you will receive full technical training into the role, with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert in your field, all whilst having optional paid overtime so you can increase your earnings? On offer is a days based role, working 4 days a week, where you don't have to do any call outs so you can maintain a fantastic work-life balance, on top of having a clear scope of progression to senior level roles or roles off the tools. This company are an industry leading expert in underfloor heating and renewables and have been trading for over 30 years. They are part of a group of businesses that make up a total staff count of over 3,000 people and are going through a period of exponential growth so are looking to expand their work-force. They have a fantastic reputation for the work they complete and how they treat their staff. On offer is a role working on indusrry leading equipment, where you will be exposed to bespoke projects to ensure you are consistently developing and improving as an Engineer, on top of working for a business that will help support your growth through training and progression. This role would suit someone with plumbing experience that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role that offers top of the range training and development, on top of working a 4 day week with no call outs to ensure you will maintain a great work-life balance. The Role: *Servicing, fault finding and commissioning underfloor heating systems *Working across the UK (usually in the South-Central of the UK) *4 day working week, 10 hours a day The Candidate: *Plumbing experience *G3 unvented or similar qualification *Flexible with occasional stay aways
