I am currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join an innovative and dynamic company at the forefront of technology in Cambridge. You play an integral part in the end to end management of the ASIC development, within a new and growing area of the business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of their ASIC projects, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ASIC team, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project goals, scope, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance experts, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive technical discussions, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance on ASIC design methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in ASIC development or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, methodologies, and tools (e.g., RTL design, synthesis, verification, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are desirable.
