Senior Firmware Engineer
Are you enthusiastic about microprocessor architecture? Join a European provider of RISC-V IP cores based in Barcelona that are specialised in high-performance cores featuring robust vector units, specifically designed for machine learning, artificial intelligence applications and emphasising high bandwidth capabilities. They have developed the world’s only fully customisable 64-bit RISC-V processor IP and are now looking to grow their tem.
We are looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to be a key player in their Firmware Team, focusing on developing embedded software for their semiconductor portfolio alongside collaborating with highly skilled engineers across teams to ensure successful firmware designs that will drive the future products.
(Based in Barcelona, Hybrid working model)
Senior Firmware Engineer requirements
- Expertise in Linux, PCIe devices, and embedded development tools
- Strong skills in low-level embedded firmware development
- Proficient in programming and scripting (C/C++, Assembler, Python, Perl, Bash)
- Experience with automation flows using scripting languages
