Quality Assurance - Responsible Person - (Pharmaceuticals) 12 - Month Contract

Our Client is a Pharmaceutical company who operate in the Ireland and distribute globally and are currently hiring for their site in Ireland. They specialise in Distribution of Oxygen related products to Healthcare patients and homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Responsible Person will be responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained.
• The Responsible Person will be focusing on the management of authorised activities and the accuracy and quality of records.
• Approving the initial and continuous training programme for all personnel involved in distribution activities.
• The Responsible Person will be coordinating and performing any recall operations of medicinal products alongside QP.
• The Responsible Person will be responsible for customer complaints ensuring they are dealt with effectively and delegated to the Quality Department.
• The Responsible Person will be performing the qualification and approval of suppliers and customers.
• Approving any contract between the Contract Giver and the Contract Acceptor which specifies their respective responsibilities relating to wholesale distribution and/or transportation of medicinal products, this can be delegated to the quality department.
• The Responsible Person will be responsible for self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged programme and necessary corrective measures are put in place.
• The Responsible Person will be involved in any decision to quarantine or dispose of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products.
• The Responsible Person will be ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to, as foreseen in Article 83 of Directive 2001/83/EC".

About You:

• Worked within the Pharmaceutical or the Biotechnology sector.
• Ideally worked as a RP on a WDA license.
• Worked with Medicinal products.
