Capita's Configuration team are seeking a Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic home-based team. As a key player in our Implementation Department, you'll be responsible for implementing top-tier pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients. As a Implementation Analyst you will configure pension administration systems, ensuring they align with client-specific rules and regulations .What you'll be doing:

'€¢Analyse Calculation requirements'€¢Undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing'€¢Upload and download system data'€¢Collate and combine scheme and data information from various sources'€¢Support the production of requirement documentation'€¢Participate in client meetings and project status calls'€¢Liaise with clients, third parties and Capita departments

What we're looking for:

'€¢MS Excel - advanced level of skills'€¢Experience of handling sensitive client data/data Management'€¢Ideally some DB Pensions knowledge and experience would be beneficial'€¢Able to perform calculations'€¢Project Management/Experience of working in a project environment'€¢Analytical approach to problem resolution and a good team player'€¢Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
