We are Insurance and Life Insurance subject matter expert and advice provision and understand the insurance business from an end to end perspective - relevant lines of business, insurance products, processes, data used, systems, applications and infrastructure - all of the relevant technology landscape - including any third party suppliers and providers that the business is dependent on provision of analytical and problem solving; think ‘out of the box’ for improvements.


You will be working across two projects within the Audience Management function prioritising backlogs to maintain workflows.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design a cohesive plan to support reporting and track milestones on all deliverables through to conclusion
  • Maintain effective and consistent project/programme communications to business and IT stakeholders,
  • Manage both onshore and offshore teams whilst overseeing client requirements,
  • Smooth change deployment and handover to operations, driving quality and compliance,
  • Successful adoption of the solution, ensuring appropriate roll-out strategy and engagement.
  • Adherence to the client's PMO reporting and project governance standards.


Keys Skills/Experience

  • Previous Project Management experience working on Audience Management and Backlog prioritisation,
  • Previous experience of Agile working and an understanding of Jira, backlogs, Adobe / customer data
  • Previously worked in Insurance and Life Insurance,
  • Excellent written/oral communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops, 
  • Be a Self-starter - able to take initiative, can work without supervision and drive project and progress independently,
  • Ability to apply core Project Management disciplines i.e.: planning, issue/risk management, chasing down actions, reporting etc,
  • Experience of having worked with strategic outsource providers would be beneficial,
  • Ability to use judgement and consider the application of the Aviva change disciplines and standard governance framework,
  • Strong business engagement skills are required and the ability to bring people together to seek out mutually beneficial solutions and approaches to issues or problem areas,
  • A team player
  • Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations,
