Availability/ IT Service continuity Manager. - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for an Availability and IT Service continuity Manager for a Defence client. Initially the contract will run till for 6 months with likely extensions and ASAP starts. Mainly a remote role with occasional travel to client sites. Security Clearance is required.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in IT Availability Management, Service Level Management, or related IT

Service Management role. Setting the reporting strategy, creating process and reports from

inception to delivery.

- Proven experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity

Planning, or related IT Service Management role. Setting the reporting strategy, creating

process and reports from inception to delivery.

- Previous working knowledge of IT Service Management principles and ITIL framework

- Working knowledge of Remedy (or other ITSM toolset), power BI other availability tools and

systems is desirable.

- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation certificate required.

- Experience of working with Agile and Lean practises
