With recent investments and a growing team, they are expanding the product range and seeking an electronics Quality Technician to ensure manufacturing and testing excellence.

The Role:

Join them in scaling operations and ensuring product quality as they develop innovative solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities for the Quality Technician:

• Develop and refine quality assurance processes
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis
• Investigate and address quality issues
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage supplier quality standards

• Proven experience in quality engineering, ideally in semiconductor or optoelectronics
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and reliability testing
• Hands-on experience with failure mode analysis
• Familiarity with statistical analysis (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
