Job Title: JIB Electrical Inspection and Testing Engineer

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Salary: £35k - £45K per annum DOE

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

The Company:

Copeland Group are a family run business and have been trading since 1974, working on high profile sites for clients such as the NHS, HMP, education authorities, councils, universities and blue-chip companies.

The Role:

A Copeland Group Limited have recently secured a number of long-term contracts within the Greater Manchester area. We are now looking for electricians with specific experience of performing inspection and testing duties across a range of commercial, educational and healthcare installations.

On going training, development and refresher courses will be provided as required. This position also offers excellent opportunities to progress within the business.

About You:

• A full UK driving licence is required as is the right to work in the UK

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Must be a JIB graded Technician/Approved Electrician (Electrician grade may be considered)
• 5 or more years of post-qualified experience
• City & Guilds 2391 Qualification (or equivalent) in Inspection and Testing
• Good working knowledge of 18th Edition of BS 7671
• Experience of completing electronic EICRs
• Familiar with H&S regulations
